Homemade Delivery: General Tso's Chicken and Pork Dumplings

 Dan was talking about ordering Chinese food the other night and it got me to thinking. How hard would it be to make some of our favorite delivery dishes at home? For the first attempt  I cooked up some general tso's chicken and pork dumplings. I have to say - these recipes really delivered.  There was a fair amount of dumpling filling left over - waste not, want not - I patted it into a few balls and one quick pan fry later I had tasty little pork dumpling cakes!
